DX end face 1515 milling machine operation rules:
1. It is strictly forbidden for the operator of the end face horizontal milling machine to overload the equipment.
2. Before driving, carefully check according to the inspection points, and lubricate according to the lubrication chart.
3. When the end milling machine stops working for more than eight hours and then starts, it should rotate at a low speed for three to five minutes first, and then start working after confirming that the lubrication system is smooth and all parts are moving normally.
4. It is not allowed to leave and entrust others to take care of the box beam CNC end milling machine during use, it is not allowed to remove the protective device, and it is not allowed to disassemble the track rail.
5. Before moving the beam spindle worktable and the lifting table, loosen the fastening screws, remove the surrounding debris, clean the guide rails and apply oil.
6. During or automatic feeding, the range-limiting iron should be adjusted first.
7. During work, always check the equipment, the operation and lubrication of each part. If the operation or lubrication is poor, stop using it.
8. The work surface of the end-face horizontal milling machine is prohibited from laying off work, clamping measuring tools and workpieces.
9. When adjusting the automatic cycle, check the correctness of the automatic cycle of the machine tool before driving.
10. After the work is completed, put each handle in the non-working position, the worktable in the middle position, the lifting table falls below and cut off the power supply.
