The 600Kg welding positioner is mainly used for the welding of annular welds.
The main function of the automatic welding work turning table is to tilt and rotate the workpiece, so that the welding seam is placed in the best position such as level and boat shape for welding.
The equipment can be used to fix the chuck on the welding table to clamp the pipe flange for manual welding. It can also be used with the welding manipulator to realize automatic welding.
It can also be used for cutting, grinding, assembling, testing and other processes.

Welding turning table is mainly composed of rotating head, displacement mechanism and controller.
The rotating speed of the rotary head is adjustable, with an independent speed control circuit, and the length of the welding seam can be preset directly.
The tilt angle can be adjusted as required. The welding torch can be raised and lowered pneumatically.
