Welding Positioners Turning Table positioner Loading 600kg with chuck
This 600kg welding positioner is a special equipment designed according to the welding process requirements,it adopts electric turning and turning, so that the workpiece is in an ideal welding position.
1. Rotating part:
0.37KW AC variable frequency motor is selected with a worm gear reducer and a slewing support to drive the table to rotate.
The weight is stressed on the turntables slewing support, which can more effectively protect the motor reducer and increase the service life.
2. Turning part:
0.75KW AC brake motor is used to match the worm gear reducer with half teeth to realize the bipolar protection of the turning part.
The first level is the motor braking function, and the first level is the self-locking function of the reducer, so that the turning is more stable and safe.
3. Table part:
The diameter of the Rotary Welding Positioner Turntable is 700mm.
It is processed with 30mm thick 45# steel plate. The thickness after processing is about 28mm. It is equipped with a T-shaped slot.
The standard table has only one positioning hole, and the through-hole type can also be customized according to customer requirements.
The size of the table can be Customized according to customer requirements.
4. Frame part:
600kg automatic rotary welding positioner is made of 16mm thick steel plate, the mechanical structure is reasonable, simple and generous.

About the warranty:
1. All our machines (H-beam production line, Box beam automatic welding line, Welding manipulator, Welding rotator, Welding positioner, Seam straight welding machine) have a shelf life of 12 months. In 0-12 months, the machine will be repaired free of charge (consumable parts are not covered by the warranty), the user does not follow the requirements of the manual, wrong installation and use or non-professional installation/repair/change/disassembly caused by equipment machine failures and damages are not covered under warranty.
2. If the warranty period exceeds 12 months, we will provide technical guidance for life. If the machine fails to repair, we only charge the cost of accessories, and the freight needs to be borne by the customer.
