Core structure and characteristics
(1) L-Shaped Square Tube
Material: Usually used, high-strength steel (Q235/Q355) or aluminum alloy surface anti-rust treatment (such as galvanizing, spraying).
• Section design: right-angle L-shaped, with standardized array holes (such as φ 28mm or φ 16mm) on both sides for positioning and locking.
• Function:
As the basic supporting framework for the platform.
By combining to form a 3D grid structure, it can adapt to different workpiece sizes.
(2) Expanded Design (Expanded System)
• Modular splicing: Connect multiple L-shaped square tubes by bolts, pins or quick clamps, and flexibly adjust the platform size (e.g. 1m × 2m expansion to 2m × 4m).
• 3D positioning capabilities:
The top and sides are equipped with holes to support the fixation of the workpiece in the vertical/horizontal direction.
It can be matched with a universal fixture and an angle adjustment block to achieve complex welding angles.
(3) Countertop options
• Steel plate countertop: 12-20mm thick, with mesh holes (e.g. DIN 875 standard), for direct fixation of workpieces.
• Composite countertop: cast iron + steel plate combination, taking into account shock absorption and load-bearing (such as HT250 cast iron base + Q355 steel panel).
