600kg Bench Positioner with 500mm diameter through hole
This is a customized through-hole welding positioner with a center through hole of 500mm. The positioner can bear a load of 600kg and is controlled by CNC. When the long workpiece passes through the through hole, it is convenient for the protective gas to pass into the inside of the pipe, improving the efficiency and quality of welding.
Advantages of the through-hole positioner: When welding long pipe fittings to the flange, as long as the diameter of the pipe can pass through the through hole, the length of the pipe will not affect the welding
Hole diameter is available:45mm/90mm/170mm/240mm/500mm,we can do the CNC Positioner,Normal table top turntable and robotic positioner according to your need.
