Features of Lemar U beam box beam automatic assembling machine:
1. The assembly of the U-shaped steel and the assembly of the box beam are completed on one device, which reduces the cost and saves the layout space.
Both sides of the Box beam steel structure assembly machine are provided with up and down movable quick clamping hydraulic cylinders, which are used to complete the positioning and clamping of the webs and inner partitions on both sides.
2.The upper part of the main machine is provided with two movable quick clamping hydraulic cylinders, and the end of the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a loop hook. When the upper cylinder is pressed down, the loop hook will automatically shrink, and the upper and lower covers of the box column are completed at the same time. The positioning and clamping of the plate and the inner partition plate are used to complete the spot welding of the box beam and the U beam.
It also avoids the stress on the host, and all the clamping force is consumed in the workpiece, so that the host is free from force
3.In order to meet the strength of the host, the host adopts a box-type structure, and the moving part adopts a square slider, which is resistant to wear and stress. The entire hydraulic system is located on the main engine, which is convenient for operation
4. Consider the front positioning of the two side panels of the box column when assembling the workpiece, and a movable gripper is provided under the main frame to effectively ensure the reliability and effectiveness of the work assembly.
5. When the Box beam U beam steel structure assembling machine is closed and clamped, use manual spot welding to fix the connection of the slats around, and the connection between the slats and the inner partition.
