It can automatically turn the tube with a maximum load of 5 tons, and can complete the TIG MIG MAG SAW welding of the tube together with the Automatic welding manipulator

Safe operation process of 5 ton self-adjusting welding roller:

1. The 5000 kg self adjustable welding roller should be installed in a strong, ventilated, rain-proof, moisture-proof, dust-proof place, away from severe vibration and bumps.

2.It is strictly forbidden to spray corrosive liquid on the welding rolls.

3. Requirements for placing the workpiece: The diameter and weight of the workpiece should be strictly in accordance with the design regulations; otherwise, safety accidents may occur. Adjust the distance between the main and auxiliary wheels appropriately according to the length of the equipment.

4. The rubber wheel is only suitable for working at normal temperature. Under special circumstances, the maximum temperature of the workpiece in contact with the rubber wheel is not higher than 75 degrees. Otherwise, the rubber wheels may be damaged.

5. When using, the roller should be in full contact with the workpiece, and it is strictly forbidden to contact the welding seam or sharp parts.
At the same time, when lifting the tank pipe vessels, it is strictly forbidden to hit the idler to prevent damage to the idler or other components. If the welding turning rolls is not secured, it is likely to hit the roller with force lead to the subversion of the whole machine.

6. The debugging roller is gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed when starting. When changing the direction of rotation, the motor can only be switched after the motor has stopped. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the motor to burn out. It is strictly forbidden to separate man-machine during operation, and it is strictly forbidden to stand within the radius of rotation of the workpiece.

7. In order to ensure the performance of the equipment, the transmission parts should be filled with a sufficient amount of lubricating oil before use, and the daily maintenance record form of the equipment should be filled out. After the whole machine has been used for a period of time, it should be checked regularly and the maintenance record form should be filled out.
