Start-up sequence of H-beam hydraulic automatic centering assembling machine
(1) Wipe the hydraulic station of the H-beam erecting machine clean, install the automatic assembly machine on the level floor, and fill it with oil after cleaning.
(2) Referring to the hydraulic schematic diagram provided by Lemar, connect the oil outlet of the hydraulic station to the two sets of special joints on the main engine according to the corresponding number.
(3) Refer to the electrical schematic diagram provided by Lemar to introduce the control line of the power station and check the power connection.
(4) Loosen the handle of the steel structure flange and web assembling machine relief valve, jog the motor, check the steering, make sure the steering is correct, and the motor turns clockwise.
(5) Start the motor and adjust the relief valve. The working pressure is 6 Mpa. Be careful not to exceed this pressure to eliminate oil leakage from the external pipeline.
(6) Manual electromagnetic reversing valve, check whether the action of the actuator is correct.
(7) Use the electrical debugging cycle to complete the specified work.
(8) After continuous operation for half an hour, and confirming that there is no error, the H-beam automatic alignment and vertical assembly machine can be put into normal production
