The gantry frame of the TH type gantry H-beam welding machine is the skeleton part of the machine, and the rest of the parts are installed on the gantry frame.

The gantry frame mainly supports each part and drives each part to travel at the welding speed.
 

1. The welding arm and carriage are installed on a set of guide rails on the platform side of the gantry, which play the role of supporting the welding head and adjusting the position of the welding tip;
2. The mechanical tracking device of the welding gun is installed on the lower part of the welding arm, and the wire feeding mechanism on the welding head is installed on the upper part;
3. Two sets of flux hoppers and flux recovery cylinders are installed on two welding arms respectively;
4. Two submerged arc welding flux recovery machines are placed on the platform of the gantry;
5. The automatic gantry submerged arc welding machine is used to weld H-beam I-beam Box beam. The electrical control box is installed on the walking beam under the gantry frame.
