What is Electrode Electroslag Welding?

Wire electroslag welding is an electroslag welding method that uses the welding wire (to make the welding wire easy to bend when passing through the contact tip, the diameter of the welding wire does not exceed 3mm) as an electrode to form an electroslag process for welding.

Cantilever electroslag welding machine and gantry electroslag welding machine are one of the necessary equipments for the production of box beam structural parts.

The box-type column is equipped with a stiffening clapboard at the connection part of the beam. Because of its closed structure, to ensure complete welding of the clapboard, a non-melting nozzle electroslag welding method is required.
