1.Consider the characteristics of the workpiece: select the appropriate platform model according to the size, shape and weight of the workpiece. For example, D16 series platforms are often used for sheet metal and small steel structures, while D28 series platforms are often used for large steel structures and heavy machinery industry.
2.Selecting the Platform Structure: Flexible welding platforms are categorized into three main series based on their structural types: hole system combination fixtures, slot system combination fixtures, and combination punches. The slot system combination fixtures are available in three sizes: 16mm, 12mm, and 8mm, corresponding to large, medium, and small combination fixtures, respectively. Choose the appropriate structural type based on your specific requirements.
3.Select the right material and manufacturing process: Choose a platform produced by a regular manufacturer to ensure that the material meets national standards (such as cast iron HT200-300) and that the manufacturing process is excellent. Pay attention to checking the hardness of the working surface of the platform, which should be HB170-240 and has been properly heat-treated to ensure its stability and durability.
4.Consider the platform's scalability and adaptability: Evaluate whether the platform can be extended by adding support components (such as U-shaped square boxes, L-shaped square boxes, or angle iron supports) to accommodate larger workpieces.
