90 degree Benchtop Welding Positioner and Turntable for TIG welding

The rotary welding turntable can be rotated in any direction within the 360-degree plane where it is located.
The control switch on the electrical box can be used to start and stop the rotation of the welding positioner with the remote control box.
The worktable can be tilted at 0-90°, 0-120°, and 0-135°, and there is a limit switch at the limit position of the tilt angle.
The order of table transmission is: motor--reducer--gear--welding positioner.
The turbine reducer, tilt adjustment mechanism and bearings of the welding positioner are all lubricated with grease, and users need to replace the lubricating oil regularly

Common faults and troubleshooting methods

1. The rotary motor does not move
Check whether the inverter of the positioner is of normal voltage and has voltage output;
Check forward and reverse given signals FWD, FEV, COM and speed given signals
Check whether the inverter and potentiometer RP2 are normal

2. Flip the motor without moving
Check if the button is normal
Is the contactor normal?
Is the motor of Welding positioner for sale normal?
