Working principle:

The H-beam flange plate straightening machine uses the upper roller device and the transmission roller to form a lever principle hole pattern, so that the straightened flange plate passes through the hole pattern, resulting in over-bending deformation, and elastic recovery to achieve the required straightening shape, so as to achieve The purpose of continuously correcting the H-beam T-beam flange plate is to achieve the manufacturing quality standard of H-beam.

Operation specification for H-beam flange straightening machine
1. The operator must be familiar with the working performance and characteristics of the H-beam flange plate straightening machine, and have the electric welding work permit.
2. The width of the steel and the flange plate is 200-600 and the thickness is 6-40. Adjust the position of the frame so that the correction hole formed by the upper rod and the transmission rod can complete the correction of the flange plate.
3. Generally, more than three rounds of correction are required. When the thickness is 40, the flange width is not less than 600.
4. The adjustment of the upper stick can only be carried out under the condition of no load after shutdown.
5. Adjust the exact position of the guide rod according to the thickness of the plate. Note that there should be a 1mm gap between the guide tube and the web on each side.
6. When correcting, it is necessary to carry out idling operation first, and the parts and assemblies of each transmission part have normal running sound before operation with load.
7. When adjusting the amount of down pressure, it must be operated under shutdown conditions.

It is strictly forbidden to stand in the direction of the guide wheel during the correction operation, and the operation must be performed on both sides of the H-beam.
