• Precision mold welding: For example, in the repair of injection mold inserts, the anti-slag adhesion property of the nitride layer is utilized.

Key points of operation and maintenance
• Prevention of bumps: The nitrided layer is relatively brittle. Hammering the tabletop is strictly prohibited.
• Cleaning procedures:
Wipe the tabletop with anhydrous ethanol. Acidic cleaning agents are prohibited.
Maintain the positioning holes with a pneumatic hole slag cleaning gun every week.
• Precision calibration: Detect the flatness with a laser interferometer every 6 months (third - party certification is recommended).
(1) Nitrided cast iron tabletop
• Surface hardness: The hardness of the nitrided layer reaches HV900 - 1100 (ordinary cast iron is only HV200 - 300), and the wear resistance is increased by more than 5 times.
• Thermal stability: It can withstand high temperatures up to 600ºC without deformation, making it suitable for high heat input processes such as laser welding.
• Flatness: The grinding accuracy is 0.01mm/m², and the ultra - flat surface ensures zero deviation in workpiece positioning.

• Aperture Standard: Φ16mm positioning holes (spacing 25/50mm), more suitable for small precision parts than the D28 series.
