1.Consider the characteristics of the workpiece: select appropriate platform model according to the size, shape and weight of the workpiece. For example, D16 series platforms are often used for sheet metal and small steel structures, while D28 series platforms are often used for large steel structures and heavy machinery industry.
2.Selecting the Platform Structure: Flexible welding platforms are categorized into three main series based on their structural types: hole system combination fixtures, slot system combination fixtures, and combination punches. The slot system combination fixtures are available in three sizes: 16mm, 12mm, and 8mm, corresponding to large, medium, and small combination fixtures, respectively.
