Super-rigidity & resistance to deformation ability
The internal graphite structure of cast iron naturally absorbs vibration, reduces the micro-deformation caused by vibration in the welding process, and ensures the stable positioning accuracy of the workpiece (tolerance 0.05mm).
Compared with ordinary steel platform, the bending strength is increased by more than 30%, especially suitable for heavy-load welding (such as large steel structure, construction machinery).
Excellent high temperature resistance
It can withstand the instantaneous high temperature below 1200ºC (such as arc welding splash), the surface is not easy to oxidation or hot deformation, and the long-term use of the table flatness retention rate is> 95%.
Abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance
The surface hardness of high density cast iron is HB 180-220, and its scratch resistance is far more than ordinary steel plate. With rust prevention coating (such as phosphate treatment), it can be used for a long time in wet and oil environment.
Natural shock absorption and noise reduction
The damping coefficient of cast iron is 6-10 times that of steel, which effectively absorbs welding impact energy, reduces noise pollution, and protects precision workpieces (such as sensors and thin-wall parts) from vibration damage.
