How to use semi-automatic flame cutting machine
1. First tap the positioning eye on the surface of the steel plate;
2. Install the cutting circle radius rod on the body, put the positioning needle into the positioning eye, tighten the positioning screw according to the radius size of the cutting circle, and raise the positioning needle at the same time, so that the guide wheel on the side of the positioning needle leaves the steel plate, use the gas cutting machine The two front and rear rollers on the other side rotate around the center of the circle to cut;
3. When cutting a small circle, place the positioning pin on the same side of the torch, and when cutting a large circle, place the positioning pin on the opposite side of the torch.

Requirements for the use of carbon steel metal semi-automatic flame linear and circular cutting machines:

1. Before use, check the gas distribution valves, cutting torches and connecting passages.

2. When performing straight-line cutting, a special rail should be placed on the steel plate to be cut (1.8m solid rail provided by Lemar machinery), the flame cutting nozzle should be selected according to the cutting thickness, and the cutting will be carried out after adjusting the speed.

3. When the semi-automatic flame cutting machine cuts a circle, first install the radius rod in the screw hole of the body shell and lock it, then place the tip of the fixed needle in the hole with the center of the pre-cut circle, and adjust the fixed needle to the cutting machine.
When the driven wheel is lifted, the cutting can be carried out. If bevel cutting is required, it can be achieved by turning the cutting torch through a certain angle.

4. The forward and backward (that is, forward and reverse operation) of the circular hole flame cutting machine with orbit can be achieved by controlling the signs with forward and reverse directions in the middle.
