(1) Modular design
The workbench surface is covered with standard positioning holes (such as D16, D28, etc.), allowing fixtures and positioning elements to be installed at any position to adapt to workpieces of different shapes and sizes.
It has strong expandability, and multiple workbenches can be spliced for use, which is suitable for the processing of large workpieces.
(2) 3D/2D versatility
3D mode: Suitable for the welding and assembly of complex three-dimensional structures, and the fixture can be freely adjusted in the X/Y/Z three directions.
2D mode: Suitable for planar welding and simple positioning, with faster operation.
(3) High-precision processing
The workbench surface is processed with high precision, and the flatness error is small (usually ≤ 0.05mm/m) to ensure accurate workpiece positioning.
The standard hole system (such as D16, with a hole pitch of 50mm or 100mm) ensures the repeat positioning accuracy.
(4) High strength & High temperature resistance
The materials are usually high-strength cast iron or alloy steel, which are resistant to high temperature and deformation, and are suitable for high-heat operations such as welding and riveting.
The surface is treated with anti-rust measures (such as galvanizing, blackening or spraying) to extend the service life.
(5) Quick clamping system
Equipped with a variety of fixtures (such as quick clamps, angle adjusters, support columns, positioning pins, etc.), it can achieve rapid fixation and adjustment of workpieces.
