2.The Flange Plate and Web Plate were clamped and positioned by the Hydraulic Claming System on H Beam Assembly
3.The Assembling machine host will be adjusted to the Flange and Web Plate for accurate positioning and intervals, and turn on the automatic circulation button to perform Tack Welding (by manual or our automatic mig welding) of the end part of H Beam;
4.Finally, the welded and assembled H Beam is hung into Gantry Type Submerged Arc Welding Machine through Crane for the next job--Submerged Arc Welding for the H Beam.
Our Assembling Machine uses Assembling Welding integrated structure, which reduces the workload and improves production efficiency. You can also choose manual mig welding according to the budget requirements.
