The H-beam flange straightening machine is mainly used to correct the deformed flanges of the H-beam after welding.

The main drive is driven by 11kw motor and double-stage cycloid reducer, which has the advantages of low power consumption, high transmission efficiency and fast correction speed.

60mm flange thickness hydraulic straightening machine can well solve the deformation problem of I-beam H-beam after being welded by double cantilever or single cantilever gantry submerged arc welding machine

1. The lifting and lowering of the upper roller of the structural steel straightening machine is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, so that the flange plate is stressed. This straightening method has the advantages of uniform force, simple structure and convenient operation.

2. The front and rear floating rollers of the machine are controlled by hydraulic cylinders, and the H-beam conveys smoothly.

3. The motor rotates the drive roller through the cycloid reducer and universal joint. The drive roller conveys the H-section steel passing through the hydraulic pinch rollers to achieve flange plate straightening. The power is stable, continuous and powerful.
