2. Does H steel beam automatic welding line (Beam Web flange Assembly welding straightening 3in1 machine) need gas shield arc welding first?
unnecessary. On the independent H beam assembly machine, the spot welding of the gas shielded welding machine needs to be performed first, and then the H beam is hoisted into the Steel beam Gantry welding machine through the crane to perform Submerged arc welding by submerged arc welder.
However, on the 3in1 integrated beam machine, it is not necessary to perform gas shielded welding first, and the H beam can be burned through directly through Submerged arc welding (the web thickness below 20mm can be burned through without beveling)

3. Does the submerged arc welding machine need to choose single arc single wire or double arc double wire?
It needs to be based on the requirements of the customer's H beam thickness.
