Product Description

The working principle of the dual-axis robot welding positioner:

1. The positioner provides an active power source for the turning of the workpiece. The main engine and reducer of the dual-axis automatic welding positioner are composed of an electric flipping spindle and a machine base

2. The driven positioner is mainly composed of the positioner spindle and the base. It has no power itself, and realizes the turning of the workpiece together with the host (welding positioner with motor).

3. The base is mainly used to fix the active and driven welding positioner, and the driven welding positioner can be adjusted

4. The automatic welding turning table is transmitted to the main shaft through the reducer system to obtain low speed and large torque for the turning of the workpiece.
