Product Description

The frame of the gantry submerged arc welding machine is the skeleton part.

The traveling mechanism of the Box beam submerged arc welding machine is driven by two AC motors to achieve bilateral synchronous drive through frequency conversion control. The side of the rail is provided with a wheel mechanism, which ensures the smooth and safe running speed of the gantry.

Equipped with H-beam arc guide frame, it can carry out boat-shaped welding of H-beam.
The arc guide frame adopts three-axis mechanical tracking. The upper and lower tracking adopts pneumatic and welding arm self-weight guide wheel to press the workpiece. Left and right rotation is floating tracking. It also has a welding torch fine-tuning mechanism to ensure the accurate position of the welding torch and avoid the welding deviation phenomenon of conventional products.
