1.Self-adjusting welding roller rotator:
It is a displacement device that uses the friction between the active roller and the weldment to drive the workpiece to rotate.
The swing angle of the wheel set can be automatically adjusted according to the diameter of the workpiece, and the centering can be automatically adjusted.
It is mainly used for the assembly or welding of cylindrical workpieces such as pipes, containers, boilers, and oil tanks.
When matched with a welding operating machine and a welding power source, it can realize internal and external longitudinal seam and internal and external circumferential seam welding of the workpiece.
2. Adjustable welding roller rotator:
It consists of a driving wheel and a driven wheel.
The active roller is driven by two motors respectively. Through the speed regulating motor, the speed regulating controller realizes stepless speed change through frequency conversion speed regulation or electromagnetic speed regulation.
The linear speed of the workpiece rotation is 6-60 meters/hour, which can meet the needs of various welding such as manual welding, automatic surfacing welding, automatic submerged arc welding, etc., as well as various riveting purposes of the workpiece.
The distance between the main and driven rollers can be adjusted through screw rods or screws to meet the welding requirements of workpieces of different specifications.
3. Non-self-adjusting welding roller rotator:
The non-self-adjusting welding roller stand adjusts the distance between the rollers by moving the roller seat on the stand.
4. Anti-channeling welding roller rotator:
Based on the adjustable rolls, the anti-channeling welding turning rolls make the roller of the driven frame liftable.
The photoelectric encoder is used to detect the amount of movement of the workpiece, and the system controller controls the driven roller. of lifting. The controller will adjust the lifting stroke, lifting speed and lifting interval of the driven roller according to the amount of movement, and control the lifting or lowering according to the direction of movement.
The movement of the workpiece always fluctuates between -1.5mm and +1.5mm. In this way, the movement of the workpiece is limited to a certain range, which can meet the needs of welding.
