Working principle of H-beam web and flange plate automatic assembly machine:

First, place the flanges and webs that need to be assembled on the main input roller table of the H-beam erecting machine, and the "⊥"-shaped assembly and centering of the two plates are completed by the flange and web clamping devices respectively. The rotation of the transmission device and the drum makes the "⊥" shaped workpiece walk,

Then, the welding torch device placed at the front end of the main machine performs automatic intermittent welding on the traveling "⊥"-shaped workpiece, and realizes the tracking of the welding seam to complete the "⊥"-shaped workpiece assembly.

Finally, after the "⊥"-shaped workpiece is turned over, the "H"-shaped tailor welding of the entire workpiece can be completed according to the same method.
