The long-axis welding roller frame is customized by the user according to the user's work-piece situation.

 

1. Structural form: integral or segmented structural form; used for 8-16 cubic tankers.
2. Mainly used for butt welding of mixing cylinders of cement mixer trucks; the diameter of the cylinder is ø1800-2600 mm, and the center distance between the two rollers is adjustable;

4. Adopt AC variable frequency speed regulation control; and replace the remote operation box;

Maintenance and maintenance of spray welding roller frame:
1. When checking or maintaining the pipe welding rotators, turn off the power and unplug the power cord.
2. The rubber wheel is not allowed to contact with high temperature oil, so as not to accelerate aging.
3. Daily inspection:
Before starting the machine every day, check whether the external surrounding environment meets the requirements: no rain, no corrosive gas, no other debris interference, non-high temperature environment, etc.
4. Power-on and empty operation, with or without abnormal noise, vibration and smell.
5. Whether the display part is normal. Gear is buttered once a week.
