3D flexible welding tooling is a set of pre-made standardized, systematic and universal modules. The connection, fixation and pressing of all modules are in the form of hole positioning and locking pins. Modules can be connected Adjusted according to the size change of the workpiece, the entire set of fixtures can be combined in three-dimensional space. This set of fixtures is mainly used for welding products and is ideal, so it is called 3D flexible welding tool fixtures.

Precautions for use:
1.During normal use, the 3D flexible welding table needs to be protected with a cover if it encounters humid weather. Otherwise, when impurities or acidic gases in the air spill onto the welding platform, it will accelerate the aging of the platform. During normal engineering use of the three-dimensional flexible welding platform, if the quality of the three-dimensional flexible welding platform itself is not up to standard, it will not easily rust after being exposed to a series of air and moisture.
2. 16 system or 28 system flexible welding platform should be installed in a ventilated and dry environment, away from heat sources, corrosive gases, and corrosive liquids. When not working, clean the steel welding table in time, apply a layer of anti-rust oil, and cover it with anti-rust paper to prevent damage to the working surface of the three-dimensional flexible welding platform.
3. The three-dimensional flexible welding platform is subject to regular weekly inspections according to standards, and the verification cycle can be 6-12 months depending on the specific situation.
