Double Arc Wire H Beam Box Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine
Gantry type automatic submerged arc welding machine is mainly used for submerged arc welding of H-beam steel, with a high degree of welding automation and simple and convenient operation.
The welding head has functions such as vertical lift and angle adjustment.
In order to meet the needs of different welding workpieces, the flux is fed by gravity and recovered by the negative pressure vacuum machine at the same time; in order to improve the large welding efficiency, the gantry type submerged arc welding machine can use double arc double wire welding.
The wire feeder head of H beam automatic welding line machine is separated from the arc guide mechanism, and the two welding heads can be welded simultaneously or individually. It is an ideal equipment for welding box beams and H-beams.

Daily inspection:
(1) The H beam automatic welding machine running performance conforms to the standard specification.
(2) The surrounding environment meets the requirements (no rain, no corrosive gas, non-high temperature environment, etc.).
(3) The display components are normal.
(4) There is no abnormal sound, vibration and smell after the machine is turned on.

Regular inspection:
(1) Before inspection, stop the operation of the H beam box beam automatic submerged arc welding machine and cut off the power supply.
(2) Use a multimeter to measure whether the power supply voltage is within the allowable range.
(3) Remove the dust in the electrical box, and check whether the screws and wiring of the electrical components are loose.
(4) Check whether each cable of Box beam gantry type submerged welding line is damaged, and replace and repair it in time if any damage is found.
(5) Check the electrical and mechanical connection parts, and tighten them in time if they are loose.
(6) Check whether the rotating parts of Steel structure SAW welding machine gantry type are flexible. If there is any blockage, add lubricating grease or replace it in time.

1. What is the difference between T-type submerged arc welding machine and H-type submerged arc welding machine?
Both machines can weld H-beam T-beam, and both have the characteristics of high efficiency, low cost and fast welding speed. However, the T-type gantry welding machine is more widely used.

2. What is the difference between submerged arc welding and gas shielded welding?
Submerged arc welding is a welding method in which the arc burns under the flux layer.
The advantages of stable welding quality, high welding productivity, no arc light and little smoke, etc., have become the main welding method in the production of important steel structures such as pressure vessels, pipe section manufacturing, box beams and columns.
Gas-shielded arc welding is an arc welding that uses gas as an arc medium and protects the arc and the welding zone. It is called gas-shielded arc welding, or gas-shielded welding for short.

The main difference is: submerged arc welding relies on flux as protection to prevent oxidation.
When the coating is separated from the electrode, the coating will automatically bury the weld to prevent oxidation during welding; while gas shielded welding is protected by an external gas source such as carbon dioxide. Gas to prevent oxidation, and then use welding wire to weld the welding method.
