Product Description

Adjustable welding roller rotator is composed of one active and one passive turning wheel.
The distance between the rollers is adjusted by the screw rod or the threaded gear to meet the welding requirements of different specifications of pipe cylinders.
Active roller operation is driven by two motors respectively. Through the speed regulating motor, the speed regulating controller realizes the stepless speed change through frequency conversion speed regulation or electromagnetic speed regulation.
Rotating speed of the circular cylinder of the pipe is 6-60 m/h, which can meet the needs of various welding such as manual welding, automatic surfacing welding, and automatic submerged arc welding.
 

Application of Manual Screw Adjustable welding roller rotator:

Mainly used for assembly and welding of heavy cylindrical workpieces such as pipes/containers/boilers/oil tanks.
The active welding rotator roller is driven by two sets of deceleration mechanisms installed symmetrically.
The main wheel frame is mainly composed of base/roller/roller bracket/rotation deceleration mechanism/control system, etc.

Base:

The frame structure of  adjustable welding rotator  is welded by channel steel or rectangular tube ensures good rigidity and stability of the equipment in working conditions, and makes the equipment have considerable visibility.

Roller:
The active frame and the driven frame each have 2 rollers. The 100-ton lower rollers are made of steel-plastic composite wheels made by the new hot pressing forming process, which have large bearing capacity, high wear resistance and strong driving ability (also available according to Customers request special steel rollers)

Roller bracket:
It is made of two arc-shaped plates connected to support and connect the rollers. The standard configuration of each pair of arc-shaped plates is the connecting angle between the two rollers and the rotating shaft is 90 degrees (according to customer requirements. The roller frame can be customized to 120 degrees)

Reduction mechanism:
The active frame rollers are driven by bilateral double motors at both ends with direct-connected bipolar worm gear reducers

Control system:
The control box of the automatic pipe turning roller is placed on the side of the rotator base.
The status of the inverter can be displayed in the control box.
The display unit is usually set to HZ. The running speed of the equipment is controlled by the frequency of the inverter.
The frequency of the inverter is smoothly adjusted to realize the stepless speed regulation of the equipment.
This idler welding rotator adopts imported frequency converter, which makes the speed regulation range wider, the precision is higher, the starting torque is larger, and it has high reliability and various self-protection functions, and is maintenance-free.
