1. The Lemar welding manipulator adopts a highly integrated valve block and a large flow diameter, so the loss of the entire pressure system is relatively small in long-term use;

Working principle:
1) Lifting of telescopic arm and platform
The platform lift of the welding manipulator is mostly constant speed or fast and slow speeds;
The lifting and lowering of the telescopic arm are mostly fast and slow speed or infinitely variable speed, and the speed is between 0.5~2m/min
2)Rotation of boom
The slewing motion of the arm has two types of drive, manual and constant-speed electric. The former is mostly used for small manipulators, and the latter is mostly used for large and medium-sized manipulators.
The rotation speed is generally 0.6r/min, and there is a manual locking device in the rotation system
3)Telescopic boom
The telescopic movement of the telescopic arm is mostly driven by a DC motor, and can also be driven by a DC or AC servo motor

How to maintain the welding manipulator:
The welding manipulator is composed of columns, beams, slewing mechanisms, trolleys and other components.

1. Check the lifting chain, anti-fall roller, column roller, beam roller and other key moving parts of the welding manipulator once a month for wear cleaning and matching clearance. If problems are found, adjust, repair and replace them in time, and lift the wearing parts such as chains and connecting pins. It must be dismantled and inspected once a year and dealt with in time.
2. Regularly check the wiring parts of the power wiring of the welding manipulator. Terminals on the input side, output side, etc., as well as the connection parts of external wiring.
3. Check whether the wiring screws of the internal wiring and wiring parts of the welding operation frame are loose. When rusted, remove the rust to make the contact conductive.
4. Check whether the welding operation frame and the welding positioner or the electrical control system of the welding roller frame are properly connected, and the places that need to be replaced need to be replaced in time.
