Product Description

1.The steel structure automatic flange hydraulic straightening machine's base is composed of two parts: the base and the upper base.
The base and the upper base are welded by steel plates, and the two parts are connected by bolts to facilitate processing, installation and maintenance.

2. The correction h beam straightening seat is connected with the machine base through T-shaped screws.
After loosening the screws, the position of the correction seat can be moved by turning the lead screw of the adjustment device to adjust the correction position of the two correction wheels.

3. Due to the difference between the two sides of the deformation caused by welding H-beam, the two groups of hydraulic straightening rollers can be pressed down at the same time or separately, which is convenient for operation.
