	Gas shielded welding is suitable for plate thickness ≥ 3mm. The main applicable materials are: carbon steel stainless steel aluminum plate
	Submerged arc welding is mainly used for ≥6mm plates, mainly carbon steel, but also stainless steel. It is recommended to choose a water-cooled welding torch and a water-cooler to prevent the welding temperature from being too high.

 

Structural features of Column and boom welding manipulator:
High-quality carbon steel guide material, rectangular double-track structure, and column for the rectangular beam. 
The column is welded together and put together using common profiles (the internal design has inner ribs, which can prevent cantilever bending of the column). 
The internal stress is machined after welding. 
Each guide's column and guide block are clamped using three surfaces, which is a more stable and dependable manner than using triangle rails.
