CNC positioner features:
This positioner can realize three welding modes: spot welding-intermittent welding-continuous arc welding.
It is convenient to switch between the three modes, and the operation is simple and easy.
This welding positioner is equipped with the function of setting the arc start/stop time of the welding torch.
When turntable is linked with the welding machine, it can set the lag time of the positioner linkage and the arc stop time when the welding is stopped according to the actual needs, and can realize the synchronous linkage of multiple welding torches at the same time.
The Automatic arc welding positioner can conveniently realize the automatic lifting function of the welding torch, and the user can complete the whole set of functions of lowering the torch-arc starting-rotary welding-arc ending-lifting the torch without operating the welding torch lifting device alone.
