The ZTG, KTG type welding Rotators are developed by utilizing both domestic and international advantages. 
Turning Rolls are produced in accordance with pressure vessel factory specifications.

Depending on the diameter of the workpiece, self-adjustable turning rolls rotators can automatically alter the angle of the wheels.

How to use the welding turning rotators correctly?
1. The self-adjusting turning rotators should be installed in a strong, ventilated, rain-proof, moisture-proof, dust-proof place, and away from severe vibrations. It is strictly forbidden to spray corrosive liquids on the equipment.
2. When the main and driven roller frames are installed at the same time, it must be ensured that the level of the main and driven frames is equal, and the center line is on the same straight line, and the adjustment is made by measuring the diagonal of the main and driven frames.
3. Requirements for placing the workpiece: The diameter and weight of the workpiece should be strictly followed by the design regulations, otherwise safety accidents will easily occur. According to the length of the equipment, the distance between the main and auxiliary wheels should be adjusted appropriately.
4. The rubber wheel is only suitable for working at normal temperature. Under special circumstances, the higher temperature of the contact between the workpiece and the rubber wheel is ≤75 degrees, otherwise the rubber wheel may be damaged.
5. When in use, the turning rollers should be in full contact with the workpiece, and contact with weld seams or sharp parts is strictly prohibited. At the same time, when lifting the workpiece, it is strictly forbidden to hit the rollers to prevent damage to the rollers or other parts. If the equipment is not fixed, it is likely to hit hard lead to subversion of the whole machine.
6. The self aligning welding rotator is gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed when starting.
When changing the steering, the motor can only be switched after the motor stops, otherwise it is easy to cause the motor to burn out. During operation, no one is allowed to stand within the radius of rotation of the workpiece.
7. In order to ensure the performance of the equipment, all transmission parts should be filled with lubricating oil before use, and the equipment should be filled in the daily inspection and maintenance record form. Welding turning rolls should be inspected regularly after being used for a period of time, and the maintenance record form should be filled out.
