1. Platform-type welding manipulator:
The platform-type welding manipulator is divided into two types: single-track trolley type and double-track trolley type.
The monorail trolley-type welding track is generally set on the column, and the movement of the bridge crane in the workshop often causes the platform to vibrate, thus affecting the normal progress of the welding process.

2. Cross arm welding manipulator: This type of welding manipulator is divided into cantilever welding manipulator and telescopic arm welding manipulator according to the structure of the cross arm. Often used in the welding of gas tanks and flanges.

Gantry type welding manipulator:
This welding manipulator has two structures:
one is that the welding trolley is seated on the working platform that can be lifted and lowered along the gantry, and can move laterally along the track on the platform;
the other is the welding head is mounted on a set of lifts, which in turn sits on a sports car that can move along the rails of the beam.
