The working principle of H-beam I-beam cleaning by roller pass-through shot blasting machine:
During the cleaning process, the steel structure or steel is sent to the projectile area in the cleaning machine room by the electrically controlled adjustable-speed conveying roller table, and all sides of the body are hit and rubbed by strong and dense projectiles from different coordinate directions, so that the The oxide skin, rust layer and its dirt will fall off quickly, and the steel surface will get a smooth surface with a certain roughness.
The projectiles and rust dust falling on the H-shaped steel are blown by the purging device, and the scattered dust mixture is transported to the chamber body hopper by the recovery screw, and the vertical and horizontal screw conveyors are collected in the lower part of the elevator, and then lifted to the machine. In the upper separator, the separated pure projectiles fall into the separator hopper for shot blasting recycling.
