Polyurethane wheel turning roll for pipe automatic welding
The self-centering welded roller rotator manufactured by Wuxi Lemar Machinery Equipments Co., Ltd. uses a DC motor or an AC wide speed-adjustable motor to drive the active roller through a gearbox.
The range of the stepless speed regulation of the active roller is 6-60m/h. Depending on the welding process and workpiece size, the roller can rotate evenly and smoothly.
The manufacturing and assembly accuracy of the welded roller frame reaches level 8 precision requirements.
The frame of the Automatic Rotary Turning Tilting rotator has been stress relieved and heat treated after welding.
The center distance of the rubber rollers or steel wheels on each pair of rotators can be adjusted accordingly according to the diameter of the cylinder workpiece, and the wrapping angle of the two rollers is guaranteed to be 45°-110°.
