The pressure roller automatic welding machine is mainly suitable for the docking of tube and tube, tube and flange welding, bending tube welding, T -type tube, and pipe welding cutting fields with different diameter range or gravity distance requirements.

The tig mig pipe flange welding machine can freely assemble the tube, flange and use the need to rotate or tip over a reasonable position as needed.

When the welding seam of your workpiece is not a standard circular seam, and you just need the welding positioner to drive the workpiece to rotate, you can make the tooling yourself and choose an independent welding positioner.

The welding positioner produced by Lemar has a wide range of bearing capacity, 30kg-20000kg, and the table top of the welding positioner can be customized according to your pipe fittings.

Welding positioner chuck and TIG welder MIG welder is optional.

Welding positioner has CNC system,normal system according to clients' differnet requirements.

When your workpiece is relatively standard, the welding seam is a standard circle, you can choose a welding positioner with a chuck and a welding gun bracket or a pneumatic gun bracket to realize automatic welding of circular seams.

There are many kinds of chucks for welding positioner, the most popular is KP200/300/400/500/600 series three-jaw or four-jaw chuck.

The jaws have the characteristics of anti-skid and anti-shake, and are made of excellent wear-resistant and not easy to be corroded.

 

When your workpiece is relatively long or you need to weld the head, you need to match the welding positioner, welding chuck, pneumatic tail machine, adjustable height bracket, optional ordinary gun frame or pneumatic gun frame, which can be realized according to the selected products. Automatic or semi-automatic welding.

The pneumatic gun holder can be used together with the gun adjustment mechanism to fix the position of the welding torch such as argon arc welding and submerged arc welding.
