Self-adjusting roller rotator:
The self-adjusting roller frame is equipped with two sets of main and auxiliary machines, namely the active roller frame and the passive roller frame.
Each group of self-adjusting series of active and passive frames has four rollers. make. Durable, no vibration during use.

The operation of the active roller frame is driven by the speed regulating motor synchronously through two worm gear reduction boxes, and the speed regulating controller is used to realize no speed change.

The mechanical transmission noise is low, the workpiece rotates smoothly, and the workpiece speed is 5-70m/h.

Each set of clamps is automatically adjusted within a certain range of the workpiece diameter. When the diameter is small, the lower wheels of each group of clamps rotate at the same time

 

Adjustable roller rotator:
The adjustable roller rotator is a displacement machine that uses the friction between the active roller and the weldment to drive the weldment to rotate.

Only one roller part of the adjustable roller frame is the active roller part, and the other is the driven roller part.

The drive device adopts a variable frequency speed regulation motor, which drives the roller parts through the reducer to drive the welding parts for welding and rotation.

The adjustment of the distance between the roller parts in each roller frame is done manually using set bolts according to the welding conditions.
