How to use and protect Modular welding tables?
1. When placing workpieces on the three-dimensional welding platform, be careful to prevent the surface of the platform from being hit.
2. Try not to do hammering work on the surface of the three-dimensional welding platform. The surface of the 3D flexible welding platform should be cleaned after use. When not used for a long time, anti-rust oil needs to be applied to prevent it from rusting.
3. During use, ensure that it is used evenly everywhere and do not use it in one position all the time.
4. The three-dimensional welding platform must be kept clean. Iron filings and welding slag on the table must be cleaned up in time to avoid scratching and abrading the surface of the three-dimensional welding platform.
5. In order to prevent the 3D welding table and accessories kits from deforming, the legs should be installed evenly and adjusted horizontally when installing the platform.
6. After use, lift the workpiece off in time and do not place it on the platform for a long time. Avoid placing heavy workpieces for a long time, which may cause large deformation of the Welding Jig Table.
