Flux conveying and recycling machine is suitable for various welding operating machines and projects that require flux recycling and transportation. It can be suspended and installed on the cross arm of the operating machine or placed squarely on the ground to fully automatically replenish flux to the welding points, while recovering insufficiently melted flux to achieve flux recycling. Save time and materials, efficient and environmentally friendly.
1. Use the super suction of the imported air pump to recover the flux, and connect an external 0.6Mpa air source to transport the flux.
2. PLC controls the exchange of double valves, 15KG low material level induction alarm, and high-density film filter element for dust removal.
3. It can be equipped with our company's pneumatic bucket or electric bucket, which can recover flux in a minimum cylinder of 300mm.
4. According to different welding needs, different fluxes can be released and replaced through the bottom discharge valve. Optional electric heating or silicone heating system ensures the best welding effect.
